A leading care provider in Winchester is seeking a BANK Care Assistant to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a passion for helping others, particularly older individuals. While NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care are preferred, they are not mandatory as training will be provided. This position offers flexible hours with a zero hours contract, competitive pay, and various employee benefits including paid breaks and holiday accrual.
