A community-focused organization is looking for a Care Assistant to provide essential support during evenings and weekends. The role involves building relationships with residents, assisting with their daily routines, and ensuring their well-being. Ideal candidates possess a kind demeanor, good communication skills, and a willingness to help others. Previous experience in a care environment is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided. Flexible working hours and a supportive team culture await the right candidate.
Job Title: Care Assistant - Evenings and Weekends
Salary: £12.41 per hour
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 20 hours per week
Showell Court is a homely extra care service which helps people continue to live independently with access to a warm and friendly care team. Living at Showell Court allows you to have your own front door in a private and self-contained apartment with a variety of facilities on your door step. We offer both long and short term stays.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
