A leading healthcare provider in Preston is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support clients with complex needs, including those with Cerebral Palsy. The role offers full training and clinical support in areas like tracheotomy and seizure management. No prior experience is required, but candidates should possess compassion and resilience. Shifts Available:10.00 am to 7.00 pm, Mon to Saturday
Access to a vehicle required to the geographical location of the role.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Our Client has Cerebral Palsy and need support to attend university and social events.

You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team
