Based in Newport | Full-Time, Permanent | Alternate Saturdays Required

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Rental Team at Premier Motors in Newport. We operate a fleet of 65 hire cars and commercial vehicles, providing rentals to both corporate and retail customers.

We’re seeking a motivated individual to help maintain and prepare our vehicles to the highest standards, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Clean, prepare and inspect hire vehicles to ensure they are rental-ready

-Deliver and collect vehicles, including vans and minibuses across the Island and Ferry ports

-Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone (Saturdays only)

-Support the rental team with day-to-day operations

-Maintain and build excellent customer relationships

About You:

-Full clean UK driving licence (essential)

-Friendly, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude

-Excellent communication, organisation and computer skills

-Able to work independently and as part of a team

-Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
