Job summary

A leading service company is seeking a Call Handling Advisor to join their office in Basingstoke. In this role, you will handle service calls, raise work orders, and manage communication with internal and external customers. Ideal candidates will have excellent telephone manners, strong IT skills, and attention to detail. This position requires CTC Clearance and is strictly office-based, offering a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• CTC Clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with internal and external customers for service calls.
• Raising work orders for Contract Managers and engineers.
• Monitoring Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes.
• Ordering engineer uniforms.
