Working on Cosmetics, you will seek to maximise sales and profit, working closely with our brands, managing sales and ranges through careful analysis and collaboration with the merchandising team. This is a great opportunity to work with both key mass market brands and more niche new brands to drive sales and market share for Superdrug whilst providing a best in class customer experience both on and offline. The role will support in product selection, analysing performance and providing weekly sell‑through reports, as well preparing for trade meetings, and attending brand meetings.

5. Offer & Contract – Upon a successful application, you will receive a job offer and contract outlining the specifics of your role, salary, and benefits. Once accepted, we will initiate the onboarding process to collect all necessary details from you.
6. Onboarding – After completing your onboarding, your line manager will contact you to extend a welcome and address any questions you may have to ease first‑day nerves. You will then be provided with a comprehensive induction plan designed to ensure your success.
