A fast-growing pension solutions company in Reigate is seeking a Pensions Buy Out Analyst. You will provide proactive assistance in implementing new pension schemes, performing data analysis, and acting as the first point of contact for queries related to buy-outs. You must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operational tasks. Hours: 35 hours
To provide high calibre and proactive assistance to both the Data and Onboarding Service Manager and Senior Buy-out Managers. Leading on new scheme implementations, data cleanse and operational data analysis, pension scheme buy outs and supporting the Data and Onboarding Service Manager with training the wider team.
Acting as the initial point of contact for queries on schemes moving to buy-out and supporting with implementation queries from the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and the Operational team.
Act as a role model for the Implementation Support function within Data and Onboarding Services.
