These include Single Ply, Liquid Applied,and Reinforced Bituminous Membrane and Flat Roofing.Purpose of the RoleThis role is all about supporting the Roofing Business Support Team with day-to-day tasks.You will help with customer enquiries by calling people back, collecting key information, and passing it to the correct Area Sales Manager. You will also look at project information in our Sales systems (Glenigan and Salesforce) so the Sales Team has the latest updates.Additionally, part of your job is helping to create Third-Party Quotes, which means checking details carefully and making sure the information is correct. You will also help the team by looking at Sales Dashboards and Reports and completing any actions needed.**The Opportunity:****This role will be part of the busy and supportive Roofing Business Team.**As an apprentice, you’ll gain valuable experience in teamwork, communication, and using business systems like SAP and Salesforce. You’ll develop practical skills that will help you build a strong foundation for a career in business support.
