Position Overview

The Business Support and Accounting Officer at RICOTECK Limited plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diverse business activities while providing essential financial services support to both internal teams and external clients. This position requires a unique blend of accounting expertise, client service skills, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks that support the overall functioning of the organization. As a key member of the Finance and Business Services team, you will contribute to RICOTECK's mission of empowering businesses and individuals by ensuring financial stability and providing exceptional support across our range of services.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Opportunity Identification
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by processing and recording various financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll, using appropriate accounting software.
  • Prepare and contribute to the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheets regularly to maintain consistency and identify any discrepancies in financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide tailored financial and accounting support to clients across various service areas, addressing their business-specific needs and offering financial advice and guidance as required.
  • Monitor cash flow and budgets diligently, alerting management to any potential issues or discrepancies that require attention.
  • Manage tax preparation, filing, and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Business Support & Operations Functions
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to front office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with general office management tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments within RICOTECK, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various service areas.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries related to business services, financial processes, and other operational matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client financial records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing relevant information about financial services, setting up accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition into RICOTECK's service ecosystem.
  • Manage contracts, invoicing, and client billing processes, ensuring timely payments and proactively resolving any billing-related issues with clients.

Qualifications
