A leading startup in customer growth based in London is looking for an Operations Specialist. This role involves managing diverse operational projects, enhancing business efficiency, and supporting event coordination. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, a passion for AI, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, and flexible working arrangements are provided.

Operations is the central cog of Hook where you touch every aspect of the company. By joining the team, you are entering a really varied and fast moving part of our business where you’ll work alongside other finance, talent and operations employees. From this team, there are opportunities to develop into a specialisation or become a brilliant generalist for the business.
You’re passionate about the power of AI and automation to transform work. You actively use AI tools in your day to day and constantly look for ways to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with emerging technology. You’re curious, experimental, and always testing new ways to integrate AI into processes, not just to save time, but to elevate the quality and impact of your work.
You will work closely with our current Operations Associate and Founder Associate, and report into our VP of Operations who will facilitate your development in the role.

Salary: £37,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)
