What’s the role about?

As aBusiness Intelligence Partner,you’llbe the main point of contact for one of Severn Trent’s key business areas (Retail, Operations, or Support) forBIreporting and data needs.

Your job is to:

  • Listento stakeholdersand understandwhat’sreally needed.
  • Ensurerequests are clear and prioritised so developers can build the right solutions.
  • Guide stakeholdersonwhat’spossible and keep projects moving.
  • Work closely with developersthroughoutthe build process.
  • Supportrolloutofnew reports or tools and ensure they meet the needs of thestakeholdersandbusiness.

This role isfocused onmanaging relationships, staying organised, and solving problems —not deep technical knowledge.We’llprovide training, but what matters most is your ability to plan, communicate, and stay calm when juggling priorities.

Basic knowledge of Power BI & Power Apps (nice to have – training will be provided where needed ).
