A prominent utility company in Coventry is seeking a Business Intelligence Partner to enhance stakeholder communication and manage BI reporting needs. The role emphasizes relationship management and problem-solving, requiring strong organizational skills and a confident communication style. As aBusiness Intelligence Partner,you’llbe the main point of contact for one of Severn Trent’s key business areas (Retail, Operations, or Support) forBIreporting and data needs.
Your job is to:
This role isfocused onmanaging relationships, staying organised, and solving problems —not deep technical knowledge.We’llprovide training, but what matters most is your ability to plan, communicate, and stay calm when juggling priorities.

Organised and proactive – great at planning your own workload and managing multiple projects
Confident communicator – able to turn conversations into clear actions and talk to people at all levels.
Strong prioritisation skills – able to balance competing requests and focus on what matters most
Accountable and assertive – comfortable chasing information and keeping timelines on track.
Curious and eager to learn – open to understanding new tools and approaches.
Basic knowledge of Power BI & Power Apps (nice to have – training will be provided where needed ).
