We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate the growth of our B2B sales pipeline. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging early‑stage prospects and generating interest in our commercial motor fleet insurance solutions. Acting as a vital Vip link between marketing and the sales team, you will convert interest into high‑quality, qualified opportunities.
Ideally, you will have experience in online and outbound prospecting and B2B customer engagement.
The plan will be to grow this team within the next 6 – 12 months and your career progression could involve recruiting, training and supervising additional team members.

We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking to bring onboard a full‑time Business Development Executive.
This is an office‑based role in Liverpool (L5) or Manchester (M12) office working alongside our Insurance Sales and Marketing teams.
We operate a three‑stage interview process, with the first stage being a short video call to give you more information about the role.
There is then up to 2 rounds of face‑to‑face meetings at one of our offices to discuss the role in more detail, allow you to see the offices and suffice the wider team. We’ll also discuss your previous roles, responsibilities and experience.
