Business Analyst – Immediate start

Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and enabling change through smart, scalable processes? We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a strong process background to join our transformation programme and help shape the future of how we work.

About the Role

As part of a major technical and operational modernisation initiative, you’ll play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes across multiple functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand current pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process discovery and mapping workshops with cross‑functional teams
  • Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Define and document “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes using industry‑standard tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Support change impact assessments and contribute to training and adoption plans
  • Champion continuous improvement and process governance across the programme
