We are seeking a talented and motivated Cyber Security Graduate to join our team and contribute to our mission of safeguarding the UK through data‑driven insights and solutions.

Being a part of our Advanced Professions Programme means you’ll be at the heart of our consulting projects – supporting senior consultants, engaging with clients, and helping to deliver solutions to their most complex challenges. As a Business Analyst at Daintta, you will build core business analysis capabilities by contributing to research, process mapping, and the development of client‑facing deliverables. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs, analyse data, and support the design of practical solutions. With structured learning and hands‑on project experience, you’ll develop a strong foundation in consulting methodologies and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping to prepare for and document interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping current processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, options appraisals, and target operating models under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help track project progress and delivery milestones, supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Create high‑quality documentation and presentations, including reports, slide decks, and analysis summaries, to support client deliverables.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as proposal writing, research, and knowledge sharing to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects, learning from experienced consultants and contributing to team success.
  • Take part in structured learning and development activities to build consulting and analytical skills.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Required Skills & Knowledge
