Job Description
Business Analyst in the Transport Operations team will collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, test teams, and support staff to ensure software requirements and business processes are clearly described, understood, and delivered.
The Opportunity
Devise new ways for our products to support customers, ensuring solutions and projects are delivered successfully.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Engage customers and stakeholders to understand and document workflows, including site visits when needed.
- Document and model business activities and data.
- Define and manage detailed software requirements, respond to change requests.
- Dissect customer tenders and prepare compelling bid responses.
- Carry out gap analysis and describe business change activities.
- Prepare documentation: use cases, functional designs, epics, user stories, data models, etc.
- Support customer UAT and demonstrations.
- Contribute to defining future product strategy and roadmaps with stakeholders, prioritizing work items.

- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Essential: degree, or level 4–6 apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.
- Desired: BCS Business Analysis Foundation certificate or equivalent.
