A community-focused housing service in London is seeking a Building Superintendent to oversee operations and maintenance of residential facilities. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, perform regular inspections, and respond to tenant needs. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in building maintenance. This part-time role allows for up to 25 hours per week with a competitive hourly salary ranging from $20.71 to $24.26.

We are currently seeking a Building Superintendent for our building located in London.
As a Building Superintendent, reporting to the Internal Maintenance Supervisor, you will be an integral member of the Maintenance Team, responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing the general operations, and maintenance of Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services apartment facilities in a responsive and professional manner. The Building Superintendent will be tasked with care and maintenance of rental units, addressing tenant concerns and the general upkeep of the facilities. As the onsite representative of Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, this individual will respond to tenant inquiries, emergencies, and conduct regular inspections to verify the safety and condition of all aspects of the interior and exterior of the building. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
