  • Promote a strong safety‑first culture, complying with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Conduct routine site audits and spot checks to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of key facilities, including the training centre, visitor centre, and administrative buildings.
About You

You are a practical, safety‑focused, and well‑organised professional who thrives in an industrial environment. Your technical versatility and ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders will be essential to your success.

  • Background in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, civils, or building maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance and management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and strong organisational skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and generous pension contributions.
  • Flexible benefits including retail discounts, electric car schemes, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Employee recognition and referral bonus programmes.
  • Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family.
