A leading financial institution is seeking a Broker Business Development Manager to enhance relationships with brokers and coordinate marketing strategies. This role involves managing broker queries and providing high-level support, along with ensuring knowledge of the bank's products and strategy. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship management skills, experience in financial services, and a willingness to achieve a Diploma in Lending Skills within the first year. This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
In this key role, you’ll be acting as a first point of contact for all broker queries, efficiently resolving them and providing high levels of support. As a Broker Business Development Manager, you’ll also collaborate with other teams across the bank to provide a coordinated approach.
To excel in this role, it would be advantageous to have experience in managing brokers in a financial services environment. We’re looking for someone who has good relationship and account management skills who can multi‑task in a high pressure environment.
Due to the nature of the role, it’s essential that you hold a Diploma in Lending Skills professional qualification or be prepared to work towards this qualification within the first 12 months of taking up the role.
