Job summary

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing processes, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

The Role – Your Passion
  • Location Development: Together with central departments and your team, you build and manage the location, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Process Optimization: You implement and improve existing standards and bring in your own ideas – for example, for vehicle handovers and returns.
  • International Collaboration: You work closely with roadsurfer teams in other countries to continuously improve processes.
  • Team Leadership: You lead your team with empathy, clear communication, and a supportive style that creates clarity, drives performance, and helps your team grow.
  • Recruitment: You build your team and find talents who share your enthusiasm.
  • Fleet Management: You keep an overview of the vehicle fleet, ensure its condition, and coordinate with local service partners.
  • Customer Care: You know our products – myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent – and provide friendly, competent advice so customers become happy roadsurfers on Europe’s roads.
What you need to surf the wave with us
  • Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar – career changers are welcome.
  • Initial experience in team leadership is a plus – what matters most is empathy, good communication skills, and a supportive leadership style that creates clarity, drives performance, and helps your team grow.
  • Strong service and customer focus with a friendly and open attitude.
  • Practical and solution-focused mindset with enthusiasm for a varied role.
  • Excellent English skills plus fluency in the local language of the country you apply for.
  • Driver's license Class B.
Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is between 32,000 EUR and 33,600 Pounds gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
