Aesthetic Sales Manager – Injectables and Devices (London)

Join a leading brand at the cutting edge of aesthetic medicine and medical devices in the UK. We’re seeking a talented and motivated Aesthetic Sales Manager to represent our products and services across London and surrounding areas. You’ll be working with a premium portfolio of injectables, energy-based devices, and skincare solutions, helping clinics to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: £50,000 per year

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinics, key accounts, and aesthetic professionals across London

Deliver engaging product training and support treatment protocols to drive patient satisfaction and clinic success

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets

Onboard new clinics and integrate our full product range seamlessly into their practice

Attend and support training workshops, events, and major exhibitions

Stay up to date with trends in aesthetic medicine and share insights to strengthen the team’s strategy

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in aesthetic sales or business development, preferably within injectables or medical devices

Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets

Existing network within the London aesthetics sector is highly desirable

Experience delivering product or clinical training

Confident communicator and relationship-builder

Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK required

Primarily London-based, with flexibility for occasional UK travel
