Radis Community Care are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team based in Nottingham, to cover our Domiciliary Care and Nurse Lead Complex Care Services in Nottingham and surrounding areas. We are looking for an individual with Care Management experience who is looking for a new challenge and is passionate about upholding our values and providing a high level of care to those living in their own homes as well as supporting our dedicated care teams on the frontline.
About the role
You will be delivering the strategic and financial objectives of the branch and ensuring each service user receives the care they need with the support of the Care Coordinators. The role will involve managing a team, ensuring compliance with all company, local and national standards.
