Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration is essential.
  • Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments.
  • Recruit, induct and supervise new colleagues.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Registered Branch Manager – Ashmore, West Midlands – £36,972 per annum plus car allowance

Registered Branch Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Branch Manager (driver required) to join us in leading our DCA Office in Ashmore. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
  • Develop and implement person‑centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments
  • Recruit, induct and supervise new colleagues
  • Conduct supervisions/appraisals and complete medication competencies and audits
  • Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings
  • Complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service’s P&L
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Take part in the on‑call rota (subject to change depending on service needs)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willing and able to undertake CQC registration

  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
  • Valid driving licence (driver required)
