A leading engineering firm is seeking a BMS Engineer to manage service and fault finding on Trend systems across two sites in Sutton and Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have certification and experience with Trend products, alongside strong client liaison skills. The BMS Engineer will cover two key sites (Sutton and Chelsea) with a split schedule: Sutton 3 days per week and Chelsea 2 days per week. The role involves BMS service, fault finding and small works on Trend-based systems, with client liaison and coordination of subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine BMS service and handling of breakdowns on Trend systems (e.g., IQvision, 963, IQ3, IQ4, SET, and related equipment).
  • Fault finding and execution of small works related to BMS upgrades, retrofits, and installs.
  • Manage client liaison, prepare quotes for small BMS projects, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure site health and safety compliance during on-site activities.
