Overview

BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer - London, Home Counties & Europe. The Directors are knowledgeable and very experienced within the BMS industry. They seek a BMS Service & Commissioning professional who is open to travelling for work outside the area, including some Data Centre projects in Europe. The role involves BMS service, commissioning and ongoing site support across varied environments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform BMS service and commissioning tasks, including troubleshooting and on-site support.
  • Work on projects in Data Centres, Hospitals, University campuses, and similar environments (travel may be required).
  • Engage primarily with Tridium-based systems; some product training (e.g., N4 certificate) desirable.
  • Handle BMS new builds and BMS upgrades; contribute to both service and project delivery.
  • Experience with Trend sites and related systems (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQvision, 963) is desirable (old and new systems).
  • Participate in ongoing product training and development, and collaborate with a BMS specialist delivering high-spec projects in critical and non-critical environments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in BMS service & commissioning, with on-site project experience in data centres, hospitals or university campuses preferred.
  • Experience with Tridium-focused projects; training or certification (e.g., N4) desirable.
  • Familiarity with Trend systems (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQvision, 963) and both new build and upgrade work.
  • Willingness to travel for work within London, Home Counties and across Europe.
Salary and Benefits
  • £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on product knowledge and skill set.
