An environmental organization is seeking a talented Bid Writer passionate about nature to join their Fundraising team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will lead the writing of high-quality funding proposals that support wildlife conservation in Gwent. Are you a talented Bid Writer with a passion for nature and a flair for turning great ideas into winning funding proposals? We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to join our Fundraising team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead on writing high-quality funding bids and proposals that directly support wildlife conservation and nature recovery across Gwent. Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, you will help secure vital funding, manage funder relationships and reporting, and contribute to creating a wilder Wales for future generations. If you’re a bid writer who thrives on meeting deadlines, enjoys collaboration, and is motivated by making a real difference for nature, we would love to hear from you. We would welcome applications from candidates who would like to work part time and this can be discussed at interview. The closing date for applications is 11:00 am, Monday 5th January 2026. Interviews will be held at Mamhilad House on Tuesday 13th January 2026.
