We are currently hiring a Beverage Route Merchandiser for the Appling, Bacon, Pierce, Ware, and Wayne counties in Georgia. Competitive pay and benefits!

General Responsibilities
  • Drive within the assigned territory to work back inventory stock, including the handling of cases and bottles for sale or storage.
  • Maintain the back stock areas to allow for a safe and efficient work area.
  • Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections, including shelf allocation and cooler equipment stocking, ensuring there is no out‑of‑stock product.
  • Rotate products efficiently each time in designated accounts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, shelves, and equipment.
  • Perform beverage resets.
  • Build product displays and maintain point of sale as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
  • Perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Dependable, cheerful outlook, self‑motivated, able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Operate a manual power jack or lift product.
  • Lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Push and pull products weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees, and bending at the knees.
  • Strong relationship building skills with customers and internal associates.
  • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiently navigate MS Outlook, Word, Excel; preferred knowledge of iPad tablets.
  • Proactive in identifying issues, recommending solutions, multi‑tasking, and staying organized in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a criminal background check.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior distribution, merchandising, and retail sales experience in beverage, grocery, or convenience stores preferred but not required.
Qualifications
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check, Criminal Background Check, and Drug Screening.
