Job description

Overview

Bedtime help with overnight care (sleeping) 9pm to 8 or 9am. Rate: 12.25/hr. Location: Norwich, NR7.

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle supervision for an elderly female with dementia during the night, including toileting, brushing teeth, and helping with changes into bed clothes.
• Occasionally assist with cleaning up after accidents. Uses pull-ups; monitor and remind to replace pull-ups as needed.
• Use a pressure pad to notify the carer when waking (typically around 3 times per night).
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and follow the care plan.
