REFY are seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, Birmingham.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you’ll represent REFY’s core values in every interaction - championing confidence, inclusivity, and innovation - while simplifying the beauty journey for our community. By showcasing our world‑first, multifunctional products, you’ll demonstrate how REFY empowers effortless beauty with fewer steps and maximum impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Engage with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
  • Build brand awareness and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
  • Support retail events and activations during peak seasons.
  • Gain insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
  • Ensure replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
  • Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.
