• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent).
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Confident, flexible, and innovative.
• Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Providing fine dining for functions/hospitality events.
• Training new team members on kitchen procedures.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of food storage.
• Assisting in kitchen deep cleans.
