We're looking for a Barista who will play a role in our food, beverage and event operations. This isn't just about brewing coffee; it's about crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients at Lavanda Restaurant, Bar, and our exclusive Partners' Lounge. Working as a Barista for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that create lasting memories. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
£30,680 per annum
Our barista, who has waiting staff responsibilities, is the face of our business. Your friendly approach and willingness to provide fantastic service at all times make you an integral part of our company.
At Searcys, we understand the importance of work‑life balance. Your regular working hours will be 40 hours Monday to Friday. However, as part of your role, you will be expected to deliver evening Bar services on a rota basis. We value your flexibility and that it is essential for the success of our operations.
