Searcys is looking for Barista to join the team at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP. Our Barista will be based on Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm. We're looking for a Barista who will play a role in our food, beverage and event operations. This isn't just about brewing coffee; it's about crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients at Lavanda Restaurant, Bar, and our exclusive Partners' Lounge. Working as a Barista for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that create lasting memories. Barista

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

£30,680 per annum

Our barista, who has waiting staff responsibilities, is the face of our business. Your friendly approach and willingness to provide fantastic service at all times make you an integral part of our company.

At Searcys, we understand the importance of work‑life balance. Your regular working hours will be 40 hours Monday to Friday. However, as part of your role, you will be expected to deliver evening Bar services on a rota basis. We value your flexibility and that it is essential for the success of our operations. Barista responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Drinks preparation
  • Taking orders and serving food and drink
  • Promoting a new product
  • Dealing with client
  • Assist the managers in essential food and drinks preparation.
  • Stock shelves and ensure the front of the house is appealing and inviting
  • Reasonable request from the management

Qualifications

  • Client Service experience
  • A can‑do attitude
  • Barista experience would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Reliable and able to work well within a team
