A premier holiday destination in Penrith is seeking a Bar & Waiting Team Member to enhance the customer experience. Your role will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean environment. Flexibility is essential as hours can vary weekly, including shifts during public holidays. Experience in customer service is valued, but training will be provided. All colleagues working in the following restaurants: Rajinda Pradesh, Huck’s American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, Forester’s Inn and Vitalé Café Bar will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.
Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, serving food and drinks, handling payments and maintaining a clean working environment.
Some roles may require you to be over the age of 18, these will be discussed at interview.

Any experience of working in a customer‑facing role is ideal but not essential as we will provide all the training you need, and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.

Working straight shifts, we have a variety of different hours available per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
