Be you. At work. We’re looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 40h across 5 days per week.

Here at Locke, we create spaces where you can be you - and we don’t just mean our design‑led aparthotels. From front desk to back office, on‑the‑ground to behind‑the‑se‑‑‑‑ hmm skip.

The role.

Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next‑level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Oversee the daily operation of our main hotel bar and events bar
• Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of events
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
