Greenfields Children’s Service, part of the CareTech Family, is looking for Bank Residential Support Workers to join our team in Ross on Wye.

Location: Ross on Wye
Contract: Bank / Zero Hour Contract
Role Type: Bank / Zero Hour Contract
Salary: £12.51 per hour + £67.50 per sleep in
Closing Date: Sunday 28 December 2025

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience in a similar setting (minimum 3 months preferred)
  • QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
  • Energetic and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment
  • Enjoy activities with young people
  • Prepared to work enough hours to achieve QCF Level 3
