Job Title: Bank Chef Manager

Salary: £16.03 per hour

We are seeking a talented Chef Manager to join our team, where you’ll craft nutritious, personalised menus that make a real impact on residents' well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen
  • Manage an Assistant Chef and a team of Catering Assistants
  • Prepare and cook meals to meet the dietary requirements of residents
  • Keep track of stock and waste and ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy
  • Operate within budget
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Recruit and train staff
  • Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues; be friendly, approachable and passionate
Qualifications
  • Experience of catering for the dietary requirements of older people
  • Valid food hygiene certificate
