A leading energy company in Northern Ireland is looking for a Back Office Administrator. The role includes managing customer queries, ensuring accurate processing of requests, and supporting operational excellence. As one of our Back Office Administrators, you’ll work closely with other departments to ensure our customer's pre-paid and change of tenancy journey is a smooth experience.
