Job description

Base Location: Belfast (hybrid working pattern with a mix of office and remote working)

Salary: From £25,200 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 to 15 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

As one of our Back Office Administrators, you’ll work closely with other departments to ensure our customer's pre-paid and change of tenancy journey is a smooth experience.

You will
  • Take ownership of daily work queues and resolve outstanding queries through to resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of statements, move in and move out requests, managing validation queues effectively
  • Manage internal / external communication channels, including phone lines, email and post to address and resolve customer queries within SLA
  • Challenge the status quo and contribute to operational excellence discussions by continuously suggesting ways to improve
  • Provide support to other Home and Business Energy teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
You have
  • Demonstrable experience working within a customer focused environment with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to support various operational areas and solve problems innovatively
  • A customer and quality-focus alongside exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • An open and flexible workstyle with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • A professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills alongside proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Outlook, Word
