B2B Brand, Marketing & Communications Freelance Specialist
Elevate Your Corporate Reputation and Growth

We are seeking a hands-on freelance Brand, Marketing & Communications professional to help elevate our corporate brand and reputation.

You will play a critical role in advancing work already initiated internally on brand strategy (currently at a good foundational level), professionalising it further, and activating it both internally and externally.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the MD and the Head of Marketing & eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and implement our brand strategy, translating it into an actionable plan.
  • Drive engagement across teams, fostering internal understanding and embodiment of the brand.
  • Communicate the brand story, values, and messaging externally to customers, prospects, trade media, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and guide multi-channel activation strategies across paid, owned, and earned media to enhance our reputation.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior B2B brand & communications specialist with a proven track record in corporate reputation management.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership, advising on brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Strategic and hands-on — capable of setting direction and executing plans.
  • Located within reach of Birmingham for occasional in-office days (approximately 1-2 days per week).
