• Act as company-wide B Corp Lead, owning recertification processes.
• Align practices with ESG reporting frameworks ensuring audit-ready data.
• Lead ESG data mapping, collection, and documentation.

Skills

Experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or technical role within fashion

Understanding of ESG reporting expectations

Leading B Corp certification

Working knowledge of UK/EU product compliance

Strong IT/systems and data capability

Experience in project delivery

Supplier onboarding and factory audits coordination

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Excel

Experience with DPP and traceability programmes
