We are recruiting for anAV Support Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport and create strong relationships with guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 8 PM; with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
  • To provide the highest levels of client care and service to our client in line with the set policies and procedures.
  • The Customer Enablement team functions as part of a larger UK and Ireland based Technology Services department which provides Audio Visual Services to our client’s personnel.
  • The Audio-Visual team specifically manages the day to day running over 200 meeting rooms including 7 event spaces catering for over 100 people per space.
  • The audio-visual team also provides white glove meeting support to our Senior Executives and play a key role in onboarding new equipment into our local environment.
