Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
  • Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
  • Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers.
  • Achieves agreed profits and retention levels.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence
Motor Industry experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work to timescales effectively
Keen eye for detail and good communication
Experience in a main dealer environment
Strong industry knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
