Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Motor Industry experience is preferable.
• Happy to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work to timescales effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Book vehicles into the technical workshop.
• Liaise with the technical workshop on vehicle progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge.
• Adopt a sales approach regarding upsell.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
