A healthcare organization located in Carlisle is seeking an Administration officer to support the Audiology department. The role requires 30 hours per week from Tuesday to Friday, where the post holder will manage reception duties, handle patient enquiries, and perform clerical tasks. The position demands maintaining confidentiality and efficient organization skills. The successful candidate will also assist with booking appointments and managing patient data. NCIC are looking to appoint an Administration officer to support the existing Audiology department administrator with reception duties and every other aspect of this role. The post holder will use a designated computer system to enter patient data and perform general office and clerical duties. The post holder will be booking appointments for patients and dealing with phone, email and face to face enquiries. The post is 30 hours per week working Tuesday to Friday 8.30 to 5. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to ensure adequate cover for the service.
