Grade 5
37 hours per week
39 weeks per year (Term Time plus 5 additional days)
Starting Salary £26,403 (Actual £22,811)

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Attendance and Admissions Officer to join our team and play a key role in improving pupil attendance and engagement.
Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, pupils, families and external agencies, you will help to identify and remove barriers to attendance. You will be the first point of contact for absence related enquiries, responsible for monitoring attendance data, following up on absences, making home visits, and promoting the importance of good attendance across the academy.
You will assist with the admissions process through to enrolment, liaising effectively with all parties and addressing queries.
You will need excellent communication skills, a calm and professional approach, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
