Join Our Team

We are looking for an Associate – Real Estate Debt Investment Team, based in London, to join our dynamic and growing platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to be part of an established European real estate credit team, gain first‑hand exposure to complex financing transactions, and develop expertise within a fast‑evolving investment area.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse and structure senior and subordinated real estate financing opportunities across Europe.
  • Build detailed financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to assess risk and return.
  • Support the preparation of credit papers, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate advisory workstreams (valuation, legal, technical, environmental).
  • Assist in transaction execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new origination opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure successful deal execution and portfolio management.
Experience and Education
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance, structured credit, investment banking, or advisory roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, valuation, scenario analysis).
  • An understanding of real estate assets, capital structures, and credit metrics.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English; additional German, French or Dutch languages are a plus.
