Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 2-4 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and full-time basis. You will ideally have 2-4 years’ PQE from another similar or City firm. The workload will be varied, but will be mainly focused on asset management and investment transactions. Experience of asset management, sales and acquisitions, lettings (including conditional agreements for lease with/without works) and financings is therefore desirable.

The role will involve working with primarily an institutional client base across a variety of sectors including: logistics/industrial, offices, hotels and R&D. The successful candidate will benefit from good quality work, close client contact and the opportunity to broaden and develop their expertise in a supportive environment.
