Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Assistant to the CEO to support the day-to-day operations of our growing wellness business. This is a multi-faceted role requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
  • Team Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between ground staff and the leadership team
  • Conduct daily touch bases with staff and support ground management
  • Assist in client resolution and ticket follow-up with the management team
  • Maintain consistent communication with the CEO and leadership team via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Marketing & Business Support
  • Provide feedback and input on marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Assist with business-to-business outreach and relationship-building
  • Support corporate meetings by arranging schedules, preparing materials, and attending as needed
  • Leadership Support
  • Confidently represent the CEO in meetings and communications as needed
  • Keep the CEO informed on business updates, team needs, and key follow-ups
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in team leadership and staff coordination
  • Sales experience and a track record of driving results
  • Comfortable and confident working via Zoom and in-person
  • Experience working within a franchise system is a plus
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Reliable and available to work Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
