A rare opportunity exists for an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our store (Outlet) in Bicester (UK).

The Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager with daily operational tasks. He/she is responsible for achieving sales targets and exemplifies excellent customer service.

Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining the store's visual merchandising (VM) standards and creating a memorable experience for customers to drive the store's revenue.

The main areas of responsibility are:

• Support sales and VM
• Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
• Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)
