Assistant Store Manager – 100x Imaging Inc.

This role involves working with the Store Manager to share joint responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Store Manager to share joint responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the store
  • Working up to 45 hours per week – all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu
  • Leading by example, co‑managing a small team of between 4 and 6 staff members
  • Motivating the team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve challenging sales targets
  • Offering honest advice, building rapport with customers, exceeding expectations and reassuring them when they are bewildered by choice
What you’ll need – skills and experience
  • Proven experience in a retail customer‑service orientated or sales environment
  • Supervisory or junior management experience in a retail or field sales position, ideally in a hard‑goods environment
  • Practical knowledge of our product range and ability to sell it
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all customers
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • A confident, enthusiastic team player with accuracy, numeracy and basic computer literacy
  • High degree of self‑motivation and a can‑do attitude
  • Desire to succeed individually and as a co‑leader of the team
