Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Quantity Surveyor in financial/project transactions.
• Compile reports and manage communications.
• Manage project variations and claims.
• Carry out interim valuations and apply for payments.
• Provide accurate monthly reports and forecasts.
• Analyze costs and prepare commentary on variances.
• Attend site meetings for surveys and project development.
• Support Commercial and Sales team with additional tasks.
