• Experience working in a complex team environment.
• Experience of subcontractor management.
• Understanding of NEC3 forms of contract.
• Thorough understanding of relevant construction and contract law.

• Assist the Quantity Surveyors with various commercial aspects.
• Process weekly and monthly cost value reconciliation.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external teams.
• Assist in developing commercial tenders and contracts.
