The role sits within our Real Estate Tax team, helping transform clients’ real estate into greater assets and providing tax structuring, tax compliance and tax due diligence advice across diverse real estate sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of a high performing team with a long tenure within the firm and sector, with opportunities to work with high profile clients and on challenging projects.
  • Work with major market names on multi-jurisdictional real estate and infrastructure transactions, with current transactions in the £60m, £250m and £500m ranges and deals over £1bn.
  • Own your own work as a self-starter and lead from the front in client delivery and engagement with Real Estate and broader Tax teams, supported by Partners and Directors.

Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • UK Tax experience

Preferably, experience in the UK Corporate Tax market is desirable, along with the following skills:

  • Participation in business development initiatives and proposal activity
  • Tax compliance – advising clients on ongoing tax requirements
